A Private Members Association (PMA) is a straightforward structure recognized by established systems for various organizations like the NAACP, Boy Scouts, and secretive groups such as the Illuminati and Masons. Our association values privacy but is rooted in transparency and unity, not secrecy. It ensures members’ rights to assembly and association are upheld under the law. Members operate outside typical government jurisdiction unless posing a significant threat.

The PMA structure has been recognized throughout history by many treaties, bills, charters etc of many countries and internationally.  Some of these include the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, Canadian Bill of Rights, the US Constitution and many many more.

In addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Bills, Covenants, Treaties and Statutes.

Joining our PMA offers numerous benefits. We’re committed to principles of non-harm, unity, and mutual respect towards all beings and the planet. This unified approach allows members to collaborate and pool resources effectively, fostering substantial advancements together.

Our PMA and Trust are overseen by a board of advisors comprising high-integrity individuals dedicated to driving positive change. Members, including leaders, pay the same fees and adhere to shared agreements. The community operates similar to existing social platforms but without censorship or intrusive ads, fostering a private and respectful environment. Our platforms are exclusive to members, ensuring a supportive community for all.

The Association gets it’s strength and existence from it’s members and by declaration to source derives it’s protection and authority.  The Association and all the members choose to operate completely in the private domain.  This means that all forms of interactions between our members be it personal or in a service offering or private contract occurs in the Private domain.  This is means that it is completely outside the public jurisdiction of any governmental entity or agency, including the officers, agents, contractors or other representatives of such governments.

Making the switch over to the Union of Humanity platform is relatively simple though it could take a little bit of time.  Firstly we recommend that folks review all the documents and make sure that this resonates fully.  Secondly join the Union through the sign up portal.  This is the biggest step.  The rest is easy.

1. Now that you are on the platform, create your new profile.
2. Add anything you feel is of relevance.
3. Have FUN!
4. If you are a group organizer or business owner, first create a ‘group’ in the community with the same name as the ‘group’ you already are overseeing elsewhere.
5. This includes a ‘group’ with your business name.
6. Next is to visit the UH listings tab and create a listing for your group or business.
7. Once this is created you can chose to create an online store for other members to start supporting you.
8. With this “store” in place you can sell your merch, events or services to the other members.
9. This includes any assembly or council that has organized to create the new world.
10. Any assembly, council or business event can be listed in the community or on the global listings and you can sell tickets to these events.
11. Once all of that is set up if you have trainings or courses you can list and run them from the Wisdom centre.

13. lastly share the domain link with all your current customers or group members with a note that you are making a shift towards freedom and operating in the private domain and encourage them to join you there.

The advantage to joining with an already established group is huge.  Not only are you able to bring your group into the private jurisdiction but your group is still your group and you will be in an environment of substantially like minded folks.  As a group leader when you become a member we suggest that you simply create a group within our community that is the same name as your existing group, then encourage your members to move into the private.  Imagine that FB has 2b users and countless groups and not everyone has to agree with everyone….Not every established group has a full feature ad and censor free social community platform, Community Marketplace, full featured Learning platform, Global listing service and is able to be part of a global Trust where resources are pooled to work on the stuff that is actually going to propel humanity.

You can still operate your other group for those that would be new and seeking, but then direct them into the private.  This is not for everyone and it’s a definite shift in mindset to move into the private jurisdiction.  

Absolutely. You can operate your services within this Associations PMA framework, referring to them as service offerings instead of businesses. Our global listing service allows you to showcase your offerings exclusively to members. While promoting externally is allowed, transactions with non-members must remain outside the PMA’s scope.  

Initially, funds support operations and service enhancements critical for our expanding member base. Future focuses include Global DPE installations to reduce environmental stress and initiatives for groundbreaking technologies. The Trust aims to foster a global network where ideas and solutions can flourish, benefiting humanity and the planet.

Beneficiary status is symbolic, indicating alignment with the Trust’s goals for human and planetary well-being. Trust assets are reinvested for collective growth and development. Future considerations may include supporting members’ ventures or impactful projects that benefit humanity on a larger scale.
