This document has been written in plain English and it is with this that we use the basic face value definitions of words.  We know that English has been used for centuries to enslave and hold hidden, secret and manipulative meanings.  It is with this knowledge that we declare an end to this coercive practice and restore dignity to a very common form of communication.  This document is also a starting point for change, as is the Covenant of Humanity and is to be read knowing that we need to communicate in a frame of reference that reaches as many as possible.

This document also uses the terms Men and Women and is intended to include absolutely EVERYONE on the planet.  You are free to call yourself whatever you choose…that is your right.  Men and Women of planet earth = Everyone.

Declaration

It is with this Declaration that We the People of The Union of Humanity state our existence before and to Source, the Creator.  This Declaration recognizes the only Authority from which the power to create a new co-operative group of Living Men and Women is Source, the Creator.  We are therefore not asking, nor need the permission of any dead legal corporate fiction from any other corporate fiction country group or agency to create this Worldwide initiative.

With this document we Declare The Union of Humanity is a Private Members Association, PMA.  Each Sovereign member joins of their own free will and financially contributes what they deem to be manageable to them at the time of joining. 

This Private group in its’ entirety or as its’ Living individual members, are Private and not beholden to the rules, statutes, mandates, policies, guidelines, etc created by ANY de facto government, group or agency that would be previously perceived as being or having any authority over the private, living men and women. 

It is our Declaration to operate in good faith, integrity, Honour, transparency and trust and live within the terms of The Covenant of Humanity and the other guiding principles within this Private Members Association.

We Declare that our structure is to operate in the Private Jurisdiction with each of our members being equal shareholders in “The Union of Humanity”. 

We, the Living People of The Union of Humanity are responsible for and to ourselves only. 

We also Declare our distance from and non-consent to the liability practices of the old “system” of dead legal corporate fictions.

We are glad you have chosen to look deeper into the Covenant of Humanity.  We have been working on this for some time.  There has been a dedicated group of folks from all walks of life and different places on the planet putting their minds into it.  We wanted to give a short background to the intention behind the Covenant and why we feel it is super important as we embark on this journey to create a new world.  This is intended to be a living document and is just a starting point.

As we all must know by now, we cannot fix a system that has been created to work for the few and the expense of the many.  And we know that to experience something else WE need to create something new so the old becomes irrelevant.  It is with this document that we intend to empower our mindsets into a different way of how we behave towards ourselves, our neighbors, animals, The Planet, and any other beings that either have or may show themselves to us.

Without making a shift at the level of mind first we will continue to get the same experiences.

Every section and point has been tested for its’ level of truth, following Dr. David Hawkins method.  It is with the highest intention of finally bringing the inhabitants of this beautiful planet together so we can all prosper and thrive in ways we could have only dreamed of in the past, but which are now possible.

The Covenant of Humanity

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the Living people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

I hold the following truths to be self-evident 

• I believe all living men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator/Source with unalienable Rights, that among these are, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. 
• I believe that all life is sacred and of the creator/source and it is our duty to honor and protect all life on planet earth and beyond.  
• I believe we as living men and women have a duty to act as stewards of this great planet and I take this responsibility very seriously.

To secure these rights Governments HAD been created that gained their power from the people, however, when ANY form of government becomes destructive and is no longer working for the safety and happiness of the people, the people have the right to alter or abolish it.  When a long train of abuses and usurpations from elected and unelected people are inflicted upon the people, it is the people’s right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future society and security.

I hold the following rights to be unalienable

• I have the right to exist peacefully.
• I have the right to privacy and to be free from arbitrary surveillance of myself, my family, my home or any of my correspondence in any form.  
• I have the right to assemble and associate to establish free and independent geographical areas when and with other men and women join together in a common unity to secure their Natural rights. 
• I have the right to keep and bear arms
• I have the right to be free from being held in servitude, slavery or exploitation in any form, mental, emotional, physical, financial, sexual or any other, and have the right to protect others that may not be able to protect themselves.
• I have the right to a clean, natural, organic environment that is free of chemical, poison or genetic interference by any individual, group, government, corporation, agency or otherwise.
• I have the right to exist in an environment free of ionizing, non-native radiation of any type from any source.
• I have the right to live anywhere I choose without restriction.
• I have the right to exercise my ability to consent to or remove my consent to any rule, guideline, “mandate”, policy or any other law or statute regardless of the source.
• I have the right to own outright any item or land as private personal property.
• I have the right to protect my personal property with as much reasonable force as needed to protect that property.
• I have the right to defend another man or woman or sentient being from harm of any type with as much force as reasonable.
• I have the right to engage in any spiritual practice as long as it does not violate any of the terms of natural, universal or cosmic law or harm or violate any of the rights of any other man or woman or sentient being.  
• I have the right to be free of arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
• I have the right to an impartial and fair resolution process to conflicts that may arise between me and other men and women.
• I have the right for any resolution process to be based in Natural, Universal and Cosmic Law and mediation.
• I have the right to be informed with all information available on issues that directly or indirectly affect me or those around me. 
• I have the right to be presented with or have unrestricted access to the pure facts around issues that are free of hidden agendas.
• I have the right to media that is done in honesty and integrity and without agenda.
• I have the right to voice my opinion on any issue without judgment or ridicule.
• I have the right to cast my vote for the position I choose and that my vote will be securely counted without fraud or agenda.
• I have the right to contract with another living man or woman provided the contract adheres to the tenants of Natural, Universal and Cosmic law and honors the rights of another.

I hold these duties as my commitment to my fellow living men and women and this planet and beyond

• I promise to continue to explore what it means to be a living man or woman on this earth and as part of the universe by seeking my truth.
• I promise to practice acting in trust, truth, honor, love, integrity, forgiveness, compassion, and selflessness towards others
• I promise to continue to work on myself as my issues show themselves and will do so seeking help as needed
• I promise to use discussion and mediation as the primary way to deal with conflict
• I promise to be an active participant in my community and provide my input as the community requires from time to time.
• I promise to cast an informed vote when required by my community.
• I promise to protect and honor the rights of others as noted above
• I promise to value others and to learn from the value others bring and will seek to add value to others
• I promise to do my best to show up for humanity and strive to contribute the very best of me, by implementing these practices in my daily life.

Terms of Service for The Union of Humanity.

This agreement is between The Union of Humanity PMA, and our members.  For the purposes of this agreement The Union of humanity platform and services may below be called “The Union” or “the Platform” or “the PMA” and collectively “We”.

As a PMA we agree to keep active and maintain the platform known as theunionofhumanity.com. We agree to manage the platform and associated websites based on our agreement with source, the Covenant of Humanity, recommended Community Guidelines and subject to our resources at any given time.

The PMA agrees to keep the business and communications of our members private.  We will only cooperate with any de facto dead corporate government fiction agents or agencies should there be a need to protect the rights of our members or the rights of an innocent and only as it relates to an actual and real threat to life or the safety of our members or the general public, and only then will as little information as required to satisfy those needs will be released.  Any behavior that does harm to another Living man or woman will be the responsibility of the Living man or woman that caused the harm. 

This platform uses cookies to enhance your experience of the platform, which are set to operate in the background.  These cookies have expiry timelines and occur automatically.  

We, the Platform, does not track content, for the purpose of creating advertising or any other reason to surveil our members.  We may from time to time post important news that relates to the Platform that all members need to be aware of and will do so on the Union of Humanity NEWS group within the community.  ALL members by default are added to this group upon registration.  We strive to maintain this platform as ad free, forever.  We will also limit the use of emails to our members except as it relates to an important issue that relates to everyone.  We will also use our main Members ONLY home page to communicate association related news and events.  It is every members responsibility to remain informed, and we will try and make the sharing of information as easy as possible for all.

As a member you agree to use the platform  after agreement to the Covenant of Humanity, Recommended Guidelines, this terms of service and the conflict resolution process.  

You also agree as a member to keep the nature and content of communications and business that is conducted within the scope of this platform and the PMA private and between MEMBERS ONLY.  ONLY under IMMEDIATE threat to life or safety of any other member is the business or communication from within the PMA allowed to be shared with any de facto dead legal corporate fiction government agency or the agents thereof.

Members are responsible for their actions in every way.  While we have created a recommended conflict resolution process it is up to all our members to be responsible for their role in any situation.

Age restriction:  The minimum age for this platform and service is 13 years old to have your own account.  You will still need a parent or guardian to provide the payment method for your account.  Please ensure that all your privacy settings are set accordingly.

Families:  Should a family with children younger than 13 years old desire to be part of the platform we suggest that the younger children participate through the parent profile until they reach 13 years old.  Please ensure that all your privacy settings are set accordingly.

Video Guidelines:  We are working on being able to provide our members with a stand alone video upload platform.  As you can imagine, hosting videos is VERY hardware intensive.  As such we request that until we are able to provide this our members use established third party services like Youtube or Vimeo and do not upload videos to our platform.  These platforms offer the ability to set privacy on videos or channels that can then be shared by a link within our platform.

Store vendor guidelines:

As a store vendor, there is just about nothing you can’t sell.  Items that are in violation of the recommended community guidelines are not allowed to be sold on this platform.

It is important to remember that there can be younger members on this platform that should be under the guidance of a parent or guardian, though we should be mindful that content is searchable by all.  We encourage healthy discussions about all topics and products that may support those topics such as sex, race, gender, etc etc.  This is about a respectful environment.  Should what you display to sell or talk about is reported by other members as inappropriate, the members involved need to consider the conflict resolution process for an acceptable remedy.  Remember, this is about being respectful and mindful. 

Other member offerings that exist elsewhere:

Occasionally members will be involved in ventures that are separate from what occurs in the Platform.  As such, members that desire to bring these ventures into the PMA of The Union of Humanity are more than welcome.  All guidance and language used on any outside website or storefront must direct “customers” to the Documents included with the Union AND must insist that any and all people that choose to engage with that “business” to join The Union and become members BEFORE any further engagement.  

It is critical for those you transact with, even in a short term single transactional manner to provide a small donation to you at the very least to solidify their consent to the Documents of The Union in order for that transaction to be conducted inside the PMA.

You are required to ensure those you transact with are notified of this requirement and that you gain their consent.  This can be done by posting a notice on your store front or on your website.  

Only those that are members of The Union will be supported in this offering under the PMA of The Union of Humanity.

We and our members should hold ourselves to account and to a higher standard of behavior.  Remember, integrity is what you do when nobody is watching.

Content:  You own YOUR content.  If you are the creator of the content it is yours.  We, the platform do not or will not claim any owner status or any rights on any of our members content.  As such, you, the member, are responsible for that content.

Welcome to The Union of Humanity Platform Recommended Community Guidelines

These guidelines are set to help us interact with the other members of The Union of Humanity in the context of the social platform, and includes existing or future member services.

It is recommended that we:

• Have Fun!!!
• Realize that 93% of ALL interpersonal communications is lost in the written(typed) form of communication.
• Treat each and every other member with respect
• Realized we have ALL been victims of and traumatized by a system that has been designed to do so….and perfectly
• Realize that we each bring our own history, trauma, filters and perceptions to the table
• Have Fun!!!
• We are only doing the best we can with the resources we have– physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, financial etc
• Consider everything we write before we press send
• Consider only writing that which we would only say to someone in person
• Realize we are all playing on the same team
• Have Fun!!!
• Try and comprehend the intention behind communications before passing judgement
• Do not post anything that is in contradiction to the Covenant and or the other agreements I have consented to to be part of this Union.
• Do not post anything that would be perceived as pornography, hateful, belittling to another, discriminatory or designed to do harm in any other way
• And….Have Fun!!!

There are however some things that we should not look to promote within the context of this platform.  Some of these are:

• Nudity, obscenity, or overly provocative content
• Violence
• Gore, blood, or other viscera
• Sexually explicit content
• Offensive subject matter

In an effort to help us all move forward in more productive ways we as a species need to shift our methods for settling our differences.  The shear amount of time we have all spent fighting each other is atrocious.  If we could get any of that time…and money back I’m sure we would..hind sight being what it is.  So many issues are a direct result of a misunderstanding or misperception.  

This process is simple although it requires active willing participants to come to the table so to speak with a genuine intention and desire to resolve things.  The intent of this process is to also help us learn more about ourselves and to leave everyone’s dignity intact.  Before this process is used, it is important that everyone involved take a hard honest look inward to see if there is something they can deal with prior to this process coming in to guide things.  This is a dynamic suggestions only process and can be adjusted as required by those involved and to refine and streamline it.

If a 10 year old civil conflict with a brutal warlord in Papua New Guinea can be resolved in 45 minutes with benefits to everyone, then we are VERY sure we can sort our stuff out.  So….responsibility…..it starts with you….and you….and you.

If the issue is a result of something that has happened within the community or on this platform, and the mediation process be required to resolve any issue between our members, we encourage everyone involved to work towards a solution until a resolution has been reached.

Steps

1. Deal with your stuff first – triggers – perceptions – stuff you have made up in your head but haven’t acknowledged…

2. Has Harm ACTUALLY been done?

3. To what degree has HARM been done?

4. Everyone involved is to set an intention to resolve the issue in a productive manner.

5. Agree to discuss the issues and talk out a solution

6. Should this initial effort not result in a resolution then agree to approach an independent person to act as a mediator.  This person should be removed from the issue and have no emotional attachment to anyone involved.  As neutral as possible.

7.  Advise the admin email of the issue.  admin@theunionofhumanity.com – This may change over time as required and everyone will be notified.

8. Set a time to meet and sort things out.
